People create, build and run ventures. Each venture develops products, services and operating experience. OriSpark connects people with these capabilities and opportunities, and provides rules and shared foundations for cooperation.
Trust comes from the work.
An idea, a skill, or a business opportunity can be the spark. People connect through ventures, building trust through useful work, clear responsibilities, and evidence others can check. Those connections—not profiles alone—form the OriSpark network.
Our long-term direction
OriSpark’s long-term direction is nonprofit-oriented: support the network and its mission, rather than maximize platform profit. Ventures can earn commercial revenue, and participants can earn under their agreements. This is a direction, not a claim of nonprofit legal status.
Who handles contracts and payments?
OriSpark’s current operating company in mainland China is 无锡奥睿星火科技有限公司, which handles relevant contracts, invoicing and payments. A venture is not automatically a separate legal entity. The contracting party and its responsibilities are confirmed for each transaction.
What progress means to us
We measure progress through useful products, real customer work and people who keep building businesses—not registration counts alone.
